It’s more than a handshake
We want your planting to be successful so please inform us when you first notice a problem, we may be able to correct it. We guarantee our trees and shrubs for a period of one year. If your planted tree or shrub fails within one year of the purchase date, we will issue an in-store credit in the amount you paid for the plant.
Perennial plants will be replaced at 50% of their purchase price within one year of the purchase. The credit can be used towards the purchase of any item. The failed plant must be returned with the receipt for this guarantee to be honored. We are unable to guarantee plants that have been neglected; this includes improper water, those that have not been planted or have been damaged by deer or acts of God. A one time replacement will be made. If traveling on the open road, plant material must be covered for us to honor this guarantee.
